Personally, I feel like Milan’s homage to Janelle Monae in the RPDR S4E5 runway was pretty fantastic. A little sad the judges interpreted it as being too masculine, because it is very Janelle Monae and she defies any and all boxes and stereotypes.

Alas.

Here’s the first of this week’s runway looks for RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 4 (Episode 3). It’s Milan in her golden harem suit! I am doing black and white paintings of the girls for this week because painting is my forte and my favorite medium. I only have Milan scanned so far, but I will have more painted and scanned tonight! :D

I was gagging when I saw Milan during last week’s mini challenge! So glad to see a gif of this.
