And mathematical/scientific formulas deem me “acceptable”. As in my body fat percentage is not unhealthy/dangerous.
And eve though I feel OK about my body, I don’t like it a whole lot, and something about being OK by science and not being defined as medically “obese” or “unhealthy” or “overweight” (which I have been many times before) really makes me feel nice.
My boyfriend and I made a pact to start eating and living healthier and in combination with this knowledge it just makes me feel really confident.
