Managed to sell all my books on Wednesday.
And made a lovely $85. Most of which went towards food and gas. I feel nice now to have all that free space though.  Still finding stuff to donate after 3 donation trips to the thrift stores too. And STILL cannot figure out a proper place to donate/recycle cooking oil (this frustrates me most.) Oh well, I’m sure I’ll figure something out.

September 2011
Been feeling very tired and sleepy lately..
And ravenous to boot. I want to attribute this to my period coming soon but even so, I just feel gross and lazy.

So much for sleep.
»> Tidying up before sleep. »> Get an e-mail from boss about business/advertising meeting tomorrow. (In response to an e-mail I sent him no less than 10 hours ago.) »> Suddenly there is much work to be done before 11 AM on 9/28 and it is better done now than accidentally getting up too late and not having time. »> Go for a walk, get smokes and energy drink with...

momentsofmeekness replied to your photo: I created a budget for myself in which I figured… i have a canon rebel t3 and i love it. the f-stops are pretty good and you can get really varied shutter speeds, along with bulb, which is my favorite setting evarrr. nikons are less user friendly, i hear, so i would go with canon if you are new Thanks girl. :0 I’ve never played around with a...

Here's a thing.
I am tired and I am going to sleep pretty soon I am certain, but before I do, tonight, and every night, I try to make my room as neat as possible. Hopefully even if I don’t clean during the day I can maintain a level of cleanliness and order in my life, and ideally it will improve. Something I’ve been trying to do for the last few weeks. It’s nice, and meditative. Like, my room...

shedwellswithbeauty replied to your post: Ana and bikes: Expanded. This is lovely. I am so happy that you are experiencing this and that you’re chronicling it. Thanks babe! I’ve realized that writing down things I’m having issues with and communicating them in some form really helps bring everything together for me. Thank you for your support. <3

Ana and bikes: Expanded.
When I was a toddler in Ukraine, I had a tricycle and while that was challenging enough to figure that out once I did I enjoyed it thoroughly. Of course, I grew out of it pretty quickly, and my family never got me a bicycle so I never properly learned to ride a bike. I was probably between 4 and 5 here. My family and I moved to the U.S. in 1997, I was 8. In elementary school the structure for...

Gonna try an' ride bikes now.
Bicycles are something of an issue that scarred my early development and I’ve been struggling with since. I’m almost 22 and I don’t know how to ride a bike because of it. So my boyfriend is trying to help teach me… I’ll probably expand on this later, but. Hoping that tonight I will get farther than getting a helmet on. :)

I'm going to wash cars with my boyfriend and get...
My boyfriend Oliver spent more than an hour inspecting my power windows and trying to figure out how to fix them so that they would seal while we washed our cars. Decided he needed to go deeper/do more research before we could properly fix them. But delay no more. Cars will be washed, and I will get to see my bff and be fed.

Overhaul.
For the last few weeks I’ve been overhauling my life, and I feel like my Tumblr deserves a bit of an overhaul too. I stumbled upon the minimalist philosophy while looking at the minimalism tag on tumblr (I really only wanted to see art!), and it just related directly to what I’ve already been doing (cleaning out unnecessary belongings and trying to change my habits for the better)...

something-good: akstatic replied to your photo: Eating Nutella straight from the jar. AM I… I’ve always approved of you thass why I follow you. But for reals, I wish I was you right now. Nutella just generates food envy. I got my Nutella on sale from the Asian-market LOL! $2.99 a jar, I could send you some! That’s a good deal! I mean I can get it in my area for about the same, I’m...

Conquered fears of going back to old place of work...
Hung around for 30 minutes looked at everyone and checked in at old job. Didn’t know what else to do and left swearing never to go back at all. Seriously, this private art school has been around for 11 years and every year it gets more and more “rich people pouring tons of money into “supporting art~~~”“. The art show there was… lackluster to say the least. At...
